JONIX steel is a unit of sanitization, with a cold plasma technology for purifying and decontaminating
the air. Ideal for producing, packaging and preserving environments where are necessary to
constantly eliminate microbial contamination of air and surfaces. It can be easily installed on a
wall or placed on a horizontal plane. The device is designed to allow uniform propagation of the
purified air thanks to the front ventilation system of intake and to the openings to the sides.
They guarantee the optimal air outlet. Compact and silent, the JONIX steel unit eliminates
quickly all kinds of bacteria and chemical contaminants. JONIX steel is simple and essential.
Consistent with an integrated management of the facilities, control and functions of the device
can be managed remotely.

Environmentally friendly and compatible with human presence
No chemical product is used and it has zero environmental impact. It continuously sanitizes both
the air and the surfaces. It eliminates the odors thereby improving indoor comfort. It guarantees
the good quality of the air to the operators, in accordance with the regulations relating the safety
of the workers.

EFFICIENCY
The bio acid and neutralization activity of polluting substances can be measured after few hours from the activation of the device. The continuous functioning of the device blocks the spreading of bio hazardous agents generated on a continuous basis during production.

The oxidation of microorganisms occurs for the oxidation process of the membrane cell. Reactive particles carry electric charges. The most important ones are the oxygen reactive species (for example atomic oxygen and ozone), which concentrate on the membrane surface causing its destruction.

The device is efficient on: gram + and – bacteria, yeast and mold, virus, bacterial endotoxins, VOC (volatile organic compound) and odors.

JONIX steel removes chemical and organic odors; reactive particles break chemical bonds of odorous substances which then decompose.

Plasma Ion 之歷史:

讓我們追溯到90年代的早期，這其中也牽涉到了我們當代最偉大的科學家之一—亞伯特愛因斯坦。
愛因斯坦的妹妹那時正在遭受嚴重的肺結核病，那時的治療室都集中在海拔比較高的地方。
於是，在醫生的建議下，她住進了阿爾卑斯山上的一個醫院,而且在那裏,她的病痊癒了。

愛因斯坦很難接受山頂的空氣比海拔低的地區的空氣更“健康”這個觀點。他天生的好奇心使他想要找到事情
的原因。與他的朋友和同事Conrad Habicht一起，他們測量了空氣中的氧離子含量。他們發現在海拔
較高的地方氧離子數量超過在海拔較低的地方。

通過這一理論, 他們共同設計了一個在空氣中自然地增加電反應的發生器。這個發明為現代自然科學
的發展奠定了了基礎。

愛因斯坦和 Habicht 在 1947 年為此技術申請了專利，並因為這個發明而成立了 Bentax公司。

Plasma ion's 的秘密 - 小離子群

消毒殺菌

在等離子管製造離子過程中，會產生多種活性自由基，如Superoxide Anion (O2-) 及各種自
由基如Hydroperoxyl Radicals (HOO-) 及Hydroxide Radicals (OH-)。它們在室內空氣中飄浮至
每一角落並與細菌、病毒相遇時，會主動破壞細菌及病毒的蛋白外殼 (protein Coat) 及核酸，
令這些細菌，病毒和黴菌不能再繁殖及死亡，效果顯著。

分解臭味

Multi-Solutions 的等離子技術亦會分解各種臭味 (如垃圾、厠所及煙味等) ，最終將上述
物質轉化成如水氣 (H20) 、二氧化碳 (CO2) 等無害物質。

分解化學物質或有害氣體

活躍的等離子產生後，會飄至室內每一個角落，分解遇上的有害如苯(benzene)、揮
化性有機化合物(VOCs)及甲醛(HCHO)。揮發性有機化合物（VOCs）通常是由如地毯，建材，家
具，辦公設備，清潔劑，油漆，膠水，溶劑或殺蟲劑內的有害化學氣體。Multi-Solutions 製造
的等離子可快速改變這些揮發性有機化合物的分子結構，將它們轉化為無害的物質，
如水氣 (h2O) 及二氧化碳 (CO2)。

減少空氣中的微粒

空氣中的微細顆粒當經過Multi-Solutions 中的等離子管時會被電擊，讓空氣中的微塵、花粉、香
煙煙霧，黴菌孢子及過敏原等帶上電荷(靜電)，將這些帶電粒子互相粘貼在一起而增加它們的體積，
當達至一定的體積後便會產生重量而下降至地上以避免人體吸入。減少空氣中的微粒也可同時
避免成為細菌進入我們身體的載具，因細菌通常依附在微粒上，所以減少空氣中的微粒，

離子 / Ions

離子是指帶電荷的分子或原子，帶正電荷的原子稱為正離子，相反帶負電荷的原子則稱為負離子。
離子的形成主要是當空氣中的微粒發生劇烈的撞擊及磨擦 (如在閃電或水份從瀑布跌下) 的過程中，
迫使原子內的電子轉成帶電的離子。這些離子均非常活躍，甚至可以解決很多空氣污染問題。

離子不屬於液體、固體或氣體，被視為是物質的第四態。在自然界中存在的各種尺寸的離子，
他們都非常活躍。在遠離人煙的高山環境中，我們一般也覺得空氣很「清新」，因為在這
環境中，每立方厘米（ions/cm3）負離子的數量可達 1,100 及 1,200 的正離子。在海平面上，
正負離子的數量每立方厘米可能下降至 500和 600的密度。但在城市和建築物內的
離子水平則會下降80％至95％，有時甚至幾乎檢測不到。
